Now Hiring: Service Desk Associate (Part-Time) Location: The Club at Los Gatos

The Club at Los Gatos is looking for energetic and service-minded individuals to join our Service Desk team! At The Club, we are committed to creating a best-in-class member experience by delivering outstanding service, fostering a welcoming environment, and working together as a strong, supportive team.

About the Role

As a Service Desk Associate, you'll:

  • Greet and check in members as they arrive
  • Provide accurate and friendly information about club programs and services
  • Ensure the front desk and facility is well-stocked and organized
  • Maintain clear communication with team members via Slack
  • Handle basic maintenance or inventory needs and report issues
  • Respond to and document member incidents as needed
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests

Qualifications
