Description
The Warehouse Support role is a key support position for our e-commerce fulfillment team.
Our support role is key for providing exceptional operational support to the Clare V. fulfillment team, and supporting the effective flow of inventory in and out of the warehouse. This person will be responsible for online order fulfillment, gift wrapping support, and Wholesale ticketing support. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Warehouse Manager.
We are hiring a Fill-In or On-Call employee to cover additional shifts during our winter and spring sale, mid year promotions, holidays, and coverage when full-time employees are out. Shift can range from 1-10 per month depending on need.
Pay Rate: 17.87/hour

Key Responsibilities
Returns & Warehouse Operations:
  • Pack orders for web order fulfillment
  • Gift wrap items for web order fulfillment
  • Assist warehouse team with wholesale order picking and packing when needed
  • Assist with finished goods receiving counts

General
  • Responsible for arranging transportation to work, located in Glassell Park, Los Angeles
  • Proactive & seeks creative solutions to challenges
  • Prioritizes workload to maximize efficiency
  • Organized & detail oriented

Requirements
  • Available for On Call or Fill-In shifts 830am - 5pm M-S
  • Minimum 1+ years in a retail, warehousing or related role
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic & excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong resolution and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with warehouse receiving and fulfillment
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs
  • Must have reliable transportation to arrive to, and be ready to start work by 830am.
