Minimum Education and Experience

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience working with database systems such as PeopleSoft is preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting faculty with purchasing, reimbursement filings, and room/resource access, arranging travel plans
  • Assisting Area with account management, including budget tracking and reconciling cost multiple centers
  • May assist faculty with communication to their students
  • Supporting other area admins with general administrative duties

This is a full-time temporary position, scheduled for up to 40 hours per week.
