Job Summary
LHH is working with a pharmaceutical company that seeking an organized and dependable Office Services Assistant to support daily office operations in their Bridgewater location on a part time basis. This role will be responsible for maintaining office functionality, coordinating administrative support activities, assisting with employee onboarding preparations, and ensuring a professional and welcoming workplace environment. The word schedule is Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30AM to 5PM with a 30 minute break.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate food and beverage arrangements for meetings, trainings, and company events, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipments.
  • Issue, track, and maintain employee and visitor access badges.
  • Prepare and maintain conference rooms to ensure they are presentation-ready and properly equipped.
  • Monitor office, kitchen, and mailroom supplies and replenish inventory as needed.
  • Support new hire onboarding by preparing workstation materials, nameplates, and welcome items.
  • Assist with special projects, local errands, and other operational tasks as assigned.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment for employees and visitors.
Qualifications
  • Previous office support, administrative, or office services experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
