Coordinator, Ticket Operations
The Coordinator, Ticket Operations provides essential day-to-day operational support to the Ticket Operations leadership team and staff, ensuring efficient execution of ticketing processes, customer service initiatives, fulfillment needs, and special projects. This role is responsible for maintaining ticketing system accuracy, supporting event operations, driving process improvements, and delivering a seamless ticket-buying experience for customers across all events.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support Ticket Operations leadership and staff with daily functions, fulfillment needs, and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and simplify ticket operations processes.
  • Assist with product training for the Consumer Services team and Sales Academy.
  • Provide support for special projects such as:
    • Venue reseating initiatives
    • Declined payment plans
    • Other department-wide operational projects
  • Audit event builds, ticket system updates, pricing changes, and financial controls on a daily basis.
  • Maintain ticket system price code management, including:
    • Adding new ticket products or offers
    • Updating pricing and package details
    • Setting access permissions for users and agencies
  • Oversee inventory management across all events, including daily ticket allocation reviews.
  • Manage and process all Corporate and Complimentary ticket accounts.
  • Oversee Ticketmaster Account Manager processes and account setup.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in the designated ticket operations inbox in a timely manner.
  • Ensure quality control of the online ticket-buying experience by:
    • Identifying and correcting broken links
    • Reviewing purchase flows for accuracy
    • Partnering with Marketing to maintain current offers and messaging
  • Support all event weekend ticket operations needs, including:
    • Event staffing coordination
    • Ticket issue resolution and customer service
    • Daily sales reconciliation
    • Final event reporting
  • Where applicable, assist with hiring, scheduling, and supervision of temporary event staff.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational efficiencies within Ticket Operations.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Experience with ticketing software such as Ticketmaster preferred.
  • Previous box office, ticketing, or live event operations experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to move initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with the sport of NASCAR is a plus.
