We're looking for an experienced ERP Developer to help design, customize, and support our Infor Syteline ERP environment while partnering with teams across our manufacturing organization to deliver innovative technology solutions.

We're looking for someone with experience in:

Infor Syteline ERP customization and support

C# / .NET Development (ASP.NET, MVC, Blazor, Razor)

Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, SSRS)

ERP Integrations & APIs with third-party and legacy systems

Custom Reports, Dashboards & Business Intelligence

Troubleshooting & Technical Problem Solving

Cross-functional Collaboration & User Support

Manufacturing ERP environments (preferred)

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for a variety of analytical and programming assignments that provide for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise software used within the company. This includes, but is not limited to the configuration, development, support, and training of Infor Syteline Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and supporting software platforms.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Primary accountability for specific functions and results)

1. Serves as a positive role model consistent with Polo’s corporate culture at all times.

2. Designs, customizes, documents, maintains and supports Infor Syteline ERP and supporting software.

3. Write and test custom code or scripts to tailor ERP modules to business needs.

4. Build integrations and APIs to connect the ERP with third-party software and legacy systems.

5. Troubleshoot software bugs, fix production issues, and provide technical user support.

6. Design custom reports, data migration tools, and database queries

7. Coordinate with all departments to improve use of ERP and supporting systems.

8. Perform upgrades of ERP and supporting software

9. Provide backup support to IT Help Desk.

10. Maintain continued education of Syteline and software development technologies.

11. Travel to manufacturing locations and for training as required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

To perform at a proficient level and to be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have:

Education:

(minimum required)

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar area of technical study or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

(minimum required)

3yr business experience supporting and customization of Infor Syteline ERP. This includes customizing IDOs, Forms, Form Reporting, DataViews, and Event Handlers.
3yr business experience web app development using Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Blazor, Razor)
3yr business experience developing in Microsoft SQL Server TSQ.
Experience developing SSRS reports.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (minimum required):

  1. Ability to anticipate, analyze, and solve a wide variety of technical problems
  2. Ability to work independently and grasp new tasks quickly
  3. Excellent verbal and written communications
  4. Able to manage large projects
  5. In depth knowledge of the following:
    1. Infor Syteline ERP
    2. Microsoft SQL Server 2019+ and SSRS, Transact-SQL, Stored Procedures
    3. Modern .NET development in C#
    4. Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

  1. Able to sit for extended periods of time while conducting work on computer workstations including mouse, keyboard and monitor.
  2. Able to communicate via phone, e-mail, or in person with internal and external customers.
  3. Able to constantly move about the facility.
  4. Able to operate standard office machines.
  5. Able to travel
