STATUS: Full time – Contingent Hire This position is only open to candidates with ability to obtain active Secret Clearance (DoD) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience: 5+ years of test engineering and technical documentation support across Marine Corp programs, supporting SETR events and test integration, TEMP/eTEMP, TRR, test plans/procedures/reports, RTM updates, and data reduction, Ability to coordinate labs, stakeholders, test assets, schedules, and documentation.
• Must haves: Experience supporting development and review of DoD T&E planning and execution; experience with clothing/equipment, individual armor, logistics systems, or expeditionary equipment.
• Citizenship and Clearance: U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain a CAC card
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements
• Skills: T&E planning and execution; Proficiency with SharePoint, TEAMS; Above average proficiency in other Microsoft Office products; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong documentation and technical reporting skills, strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or with a team DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Client Familiarity: Experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps • Tools Familiarity: DoD Acquisition Process, DoD 5000-series policies, DoD T&E, DAWIA/Back-to-Basics T&E PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Develop, review, and finalize test plans, test procedures, test strategies, schedules, test reports, and support T&E documentation. • Plan and coordinate test schedules, stakeholder participation, laboratory selection, required information, hardware, software, test equipment, and test environments. • Support test events before, during, and after execution, including documentation packages, data collection, test incident reports, and post-test data reduction/analysis. • Provide T&E input to IMS development and maintenance by identifying engineering/test dependencies, event durations, and coordination needs. • Support TEMPs, eTEMPs, annexes, TRR meetings, Systems Engineering and Test Coordination meetings, and RTM input after test report completion. • Support clothing/gear performance testing and certification activities where PWS 3.5 tasks overlap with test execution.
