Job description

Job Title: Electronic Assemblers
Location: Houston, TX 77064
Temp -To -Hire
Schedule:
Mon - thur. 7am -5:30pm w/OT as needed on Friday and Saturday. (Great shift 4 day, 10 hour shifts)
Pay: $16.50/hr $17.50hr

*Soldering Experience Required*

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
  • Assemble parts and components to required specifications and quality standards
  • Perform machine setup and operate equipment as needed
  • Conduct basic testing and inspection of assembled products
  • Package finished products for shipment
  • Follow all company Quality, Safety, and OSHA guidelines
  • Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs (5S, Near Miss, etc.)
  • Train team members on job functions and safety practices when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Experience with assembly and testing processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
