Job description

Job Title: Electrical Install Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Function as the primary electrical install engineer at both site and office, providing daily technical supervision and guidance to electrical and mechanical engineers, technicians, craft, and other workers.
  • Implement the Installation Supervisor’s electrical objectives and processes at the customer’s site, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to establish on-site installation work requirements, determine resource and equipment needs, and develop plans to keep customer acceptance and project milestones moving forward.
  • Review daily installation tasks and work activities to ensure they stay on schedule and meet quality and safety expectations.
  • Write detailed, step-by-step installation procedures based on hoist installation activities, ensuring clarity and consistency for field execution.
  • Design and build all required electrical cabinets and temporary power panels needed to successfully perform the installation, based on the tools and equipment required for the project.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $48.00/hr.
