Job description

Electrical - Mechanical Technician

Location: Aurora, CO or Albuquerque, NM (Onsite)

Duration: 2 month Project Assignment

Pay: $21–$25/hour (Based on Experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Whether you're a recent trade school graduate, currently studying mechanical or electrical engineering, or have hands-on experience working with tools and equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a growing technical field.

Join a team supporting large industrial equipment installations where you'll work alongside experienced technicians, receive on-the-job training, and develop skills related to power systems, solar technology, telematics, and equipment integration.

As a Temporary Installation Technician, you'll support a specialized equipment installation project involving:

  • Installing solar panel components on heavy equipment
  • Assisting with telematics and tracking system installations
  • Applying load and equipment identification tags
  • Using hand tools, heat guns, and installation equipment
  • Following technical instructions and installation procedures
  • Troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical installation issues
  • Working independently while collaborating with experienced technicians and supervisors

Experience:
