• 10+ years experience in IT Industry in managing requirements in multiple accounts as a Dynamics CRM and Power Platform functional consultant
• Extensive experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis and mapping business requirement to system requirement.
• Extensive knowledge & insights in Insurance industry & customer base in the North America and India.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical individuals
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to drive change.
Good to Have
• Have good knowledge in quality assurance of software implementation.
• Good at gathering functional and non functional requirement.
• Extensive knowledge in waterfall and agile mode of software implementation.
• Understanding of TCS product and capability offerings.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for driving the requirements, analyzing and proposing the best solution to customer.
• Responsible for the co ordination between the TCS implementation team and business stakeholder to drive the solution in the right path.
• Responsible for requirement walk through with all the stakeholders.
• Responsible for requirement documents, process map, use case diagrams and workflow diagram.
