Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM 2+ years
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Practical experience in logistics, procurement, warehousing, production planning, inventory management, or operations
  • Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking
  • Interest in ERP systems and digital transformation
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Nice to have
  • Experience with any ERP system (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, 1C, etc.)
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries
  • Knowledge of MRP, WMS, or demand planning concepts
  • D365 SCM or other ERP training/certifications

Responsibilities
  • Functional Consulting:
  • Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into D365 SCM functional solutions
  • Support configuration of core SCM modules: Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Distribution, Warehouse Management, Master Planning / Planning Optimization, Product Information Management
  • Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and process testing activities
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization phases
  • Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process descriptions
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with business users, senior consultants, and technical teams
  • Support workshops, process walkthroughs, and requirement clarification sessions
  • Help ensure supply chain processes in D365 align with real business operations
