The Temporary Drop Bury Contractor typically oversees drop bury projects on a temporary basis, focusing on management and coordination. In contrast, the Drop Bury Technician is directly involved in the hands-on installation and maintenance of drop bury systems. Both roles require similar certifications and work in outdoor construction environments, but their responsibilities differ in scope and focus.
Supervise the daily underground workload. Ensure the drops are completed by customer specifications.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
