Job description

Job Summary (Full Stack Software Engineer - .NET, Dallas, TX):
- Design, build, and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable full-stack software solutions using C#, .NET, React, and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on time and within project scope.
- Participate in technical solutioning, architectural discussions, project planning, task estimation, and feature delivery.
- Support, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues under a you build it, you run it model.
- Contribute to improving team practices, application stability, supportability, and delivery processes.
- Work onsite 5 days per week in Dallas, TX (no remote option).
- Engage in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement for production systems.
- Utilize middleware, API, and service-based integration, including experience with messaging/event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS).
- Build and support cloud-based services, lambdas, and integration layers.
- Follow best practices in secure coding, software development lifecycle, code quality, TDD, and CI/CD.
- Apply strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and ownership skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Required: 6+ years full-stack engineering experience; strong with C#/.NET, React, SQL, cloud technologies.
- Must have a LinkedIn profile and be able to attend onsite interviews.
