Job description

Role : .NET or Software Engineer
Location : Remote
Job Type : Full Time
Description:
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Provide Tier 2/3 with technical support for production systems and customer-reported issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve application, database, and infrastructure-related issues using tools such as SQL Server, JMeter, and debugging techniques in .NET and React JS.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to reproduce and resolve complex bugs.

Monitoring and Performance
  • Monitor application performance and system health using automated tools and logs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
  • Optimize SQL queries and application logic to improve system responsiveness.

Testing and Quality Assurance
  • Develop and execute test plans and scripts for new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
  • Use JMeter and other tools to conduct load and stress testing.
  • Participate in regression testing and release validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Collaboration and Documentation
  • Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge transfer.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, known issues, and solutions in the internal knowledge base.
  • Provide feedback to development teams to improve product stability and usability.

Customer Engagement
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues and provide timely updates.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.
  • Participate in customer onboarding and training sessions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or software engineering role.
  • Proficiency in .NET (C#), SQL, React JS, and testing tools such as JMeter.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with ticketing systems and monitoring tools is a plus.
