The QA, Digital Marketing Web ensures the quality, accuracy, and performance of PDS Health digital experiences across all web properties, including PDS Health, Smile Generation, Local Office, and PDS Medical Group sites. This role is responsible for validating that websites, landing pages, personalization, and campaign experiences function correctly, meet brand and compliance standards, and deliver a seamless patient experience.
This role blends hands-on QA execution with automation and platform expertise, supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and automated testing tools to enable faster releases, fewer defects, and more reliable digital marketing performance. The QA, Digital Marketing (Web) partners with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure digital launches are accurate, compliant, and conversion-ready.
Responsibilities
  • QA Strategy & Execution
    • Validate all web, campaign, and personalization releases across PDS Health digital properties.
    • Execute functional, UX/UI, compatibility, performance, regression, and user-journey testing to ensure pages, forms, and experiences work as intended.
    • Ensure content, offers, links, forms, and tracking are accurate prior to launch.
    • Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans and test scripts
  • Adobe AEM & CMS Validation
    • Test content, components, templates, and workflows within Adobe Experience Manager.
    • Validate authoring, publishing, permissions, and content approvals.
    • Ensure experiences render correctly across devices, browsers, and breakpoints.
  • Automation & Testing Tools
    • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as UIPath or similar automation platforms.
    • Identify high-value test cases for automation to improve speed and coverage.
    • Integrate automated testing into release and deployment workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Web, Creative, Digital Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth releases.
    • Provide clear defect documentation, reproduction steps, and prioritization.
    • Participate in sprint planning, release reviews, and QA sign-offs.
  • Compliance, Accuracy & Patient Experience
    • Ensure all digital experiences meet brand, legal, and healthcare compliance requirements.
    • Validate that content supports a clear, trustworthy, and patient-friendly experience.
    • Identify usability issues that could impact conversion or patient confidence.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Track defects, root causes, and release quality trends.
    • Provide insights on recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and tools.
    • Help improve QA standards, test coverage, and automation maturity over time.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in web QA, digital marketing QA, or software testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Experience using test automation tools such as UIPath, Selenium, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser behavior.
  • Experience testing digital marketing campaigns, websites, or personalization experiences.

Preferred
  • Any Experience in healthcare, dental, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or similar marketing platforms.
  • Experience testing forms, appointment scheduling, and conversion flows.
  • Understanding of SEO, tagging, and analytics validation.

  • Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
  • Ability to think through full patient journeys, not just individual pages.
  • Clear communicator who can explain issues to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple releases at once.
