About the Role
Elevate your career at the intersection of finance, technology, and AI. We are seeking a forward-thinking, data-driven Digital Marketer to join our global team. This role is designed for a pioneer who will not only support high-impact commercial campaigns but also help expand integration of AI into our marketing ecosystem. You will help architect multi-channel, B2B journeys and leverage generative AI and analytics to help connect financial professionals with market-leading insights.

You will be an integral part of a cross-functional ecosystem, collaborating with Digital, Analytics, Sales Enablement, and AI center of excellence teams. This is a role for a builder-someone who wants to execute innovative campaign plans, pilot cutting-edge AI tools, and deliver tangible revenue impact through digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate AI-Enhanced Campaigns: Support marketing teams building end-to-end marketing strategies for ETFs, alternatives, and portfolio solutions and identify solutions for AI to scale content production and personalize messaging at speed.
  • AI Workflow Transformation: Identify and drive implementation of AI into daily marketing operations. This includes using AI for copywriting, image generation, and streamlining internal approval workflows to increase speed-to-market.
  • Predictive Omni-Channel Excellence: Explore AI solutions to maximize client engagement with web, email, social, and search by anticipating client needs and deliver "next-best-action" content.
  • Quantifying AI Impact: Establish frameworks to measure the ROI of AI initiatives. Track efficiency gains, speed to market, quality of output and vendor savings to help inform future AI investments.
  • Data-Driven Targeting & Segmentation: Partner with data science teams to build precision-targeted audiences. Use machine learning insights to identify high-potential prospects and create automated nurture tracks.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience: 1-3 years in digital marketing or marketing technology. Experience in Asset Management, Fintech, or a dedicated AI/Digital transformation role is highly preferred.
  • AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) and AI marketing platforms (e.g., Jasper, Writer, or Adobe Firefly). Understanding of prompt engineering and AI ethics is a plus.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in quantifying marketing impact. Ability to use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to report on AI-driven efficiencies.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Agility: An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, global environment and advocate for technological change.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$110000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
