Job description

Creative Project ManagerAbout SEE Eyewear

SEE Eyewear is dedicated to uncovering hidden gems—not only in our exclusive, limited-edition product assortment, but also in the exceptional individuals who bring our brand to life. We believe in recruiting top talent and cultivating a diverse, sophisticated, and expert team, from our Optical Stylists and Licensed Opticians to our Field Leaders.

We hold the same standard for our people as we do for our product. We're committed to building a Best-in-Class team of Experts and Authorities where career development, accountability, and personal growth are foundational to our success.

Role Overview

We're looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager with a strong background in graphic design to join our Marketing team. This is a hands-on design role for someone who also excels at graphic design and managing projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is equally comfortable creating polished work while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design marketing assets across email, digital advertising, web, print, in-store signage, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to concept, design, and execute campaigns that elevate the SEE brand across every customer touchpoint.
  • Capture and edit product photography for ecommerce, marketing campaigns, and social media.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards while bringing fresh ideas and strong attention to detail.
  • Manage projects from concept through final delivery, balancing multiple priorities while keeping deadlines on track.
  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external partners to ensure assets are produced accurately and on schedule.
  • Organize and maintain design files, photography, templates, and brand assets to support an efficient creative workflow.

Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of experience in graphic design, creative project management, or a related marketing or creative role.
  • Professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
  • Experience managing multiple design projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, production, and visual storytelling.
  • Photography experience, including product, lifestyle, or brand photography.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
Preferred Experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
  • Experience with Figma and Canva.
  • Experience designing for retail marketing, email campaigns, paid social, digital advertising, print collateral, and packaging.
  • Experience editing photography and basic video content.
