  • Take a consultative, solution-oriented approach to understand clients' staffing challenges and deliver customized locum tenens solutions.
  • Operate in a quota- and metrics-driven sales environment, effectively managing pipelines, forecasting activity, and consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Partner closely with Physician Recruiters to align provider supply with client demand and maximize account penetration.
  • Leverage your industry experience to contribute to a high-performing, growth-focused team culture, modeling best practices and supporting overall team success.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales and/or recruiting experience in the locum tenens industry
  • Demonstrated success growing and expanding a territory
  • Strong background in phone-based, quota- and metrics-driven sales environments
  • Proven ability to generate new business through strategic, creative, and innovative prospecting approaches
  • Experience influencing and managing relationships with senior and executive-level decision-makers
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred

Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced consultative sales capabilities
  • Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
  • Creative, resourceful, and proactive in identifying new opportunities
  • Technically savvy, with the ability to effectively navigate CRM systems, sales tools, and technology used throughout the sales process

Ideal Traits for Success

  • GrowthDriven & HunterMinded - You are energized by building, expanding, and creating opportunity.
  • Strategic & Consultative - You think beyond immediate needs and focus on long-term territory growth.
  • ResultsOriented - You consistently meet and exceed goals in a performance-driven environment.
