Digital Marketing ConsultantJob Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant to serve as a strategic marketing partner to a portfolio of financial advisors. In this client-facing role, you will develop and execute customized marketing strategies that help advisors attract prospects, engage clients, and grow their businesses.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is comfortable managing multiple client relationships while driving measurable marketing results.


Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & Consulting
  • Serve as the primary marketing consultant for up to 13 financial advisors.
  • Develop customized marketing strategies aligned to each advisor's business goals, target audience, and growth objectives.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify advisor needs and recommend strategic marketing solutions.
  • Lead recurring strategy meetings to present recommendations, campaign results, and ongoing opportunities.
Content & Campaign Management
  • Develop and manage content calendars across multiple channels.
  • Create content pillars and messaging strategies.
  • Write and edit marketing copy for email, social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including campaign strategy, messaging, and coordination of creative assets.
  • Support social media marketing initiatives and content distribution strategies.
  • Assist with paid advertising campaigns by developing ad copy and contributing to campaign strategy.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Utilize analytics and reporting to identify opportunities for optimization and future growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with graphic design and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with advisor support teams and stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Required QualificationsExperience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Experience creating marketing plans from strategy through implementation and measurement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $59.31/hr.
