Location and Role Details

Location: Orlando, Florida

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will provide telehealth therapy that feels professional, steady, and responsive to what clients are dealing with right now. The role includes assessment, care planning, sessions, and documentation, with clinical focus areas that may include mental health counseling, coping skills, emotional support, and goal-focused therapy.

This position is ideal for a counselor who can combine active listening, clear treatment goals, and practical clinical support in every session.

Responsibilities

        Provide therapy using secure video-based care tools

        Support clients with emotional concerns, coping strategies, symptom management, and practical next steps

        Create and update treatment plans based on the client's goals and clinical presentation

        Document services with care, accuracy, and professional detail

        Collaborate appropriately when referrals or additional supports are needed

        Bring a grounded, respectful presence to every client interaction

Requirements

        Active Florida LMHC license in good standing

        Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensure

        Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role

        Ability to work independently while meeting clinical quality and documentation expectations.

        Experience providing counseling services in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, or community settings is helpful.
