Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Service Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious, high-quality meals in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety. Your expertise will contribute to providing satisfying and visually appealing meals for our community, ensuring a positive dining experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, season, and cook a variety of foods including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, desserts, modified diet foods, and casseroles according to standard recipes.

- Prepare all food in sufficient quantities to meet service requirements.

- Coordinate food preparation timing to align with service schedules.

- Estimate food requirements and efficiently utilize leftovers to minimize waste.
