    Full Time/ Onsite / Direct Hire

    Location: Spring Hill TN

    Salary: $87,000 - $106,000/yr DOE
     

    Job Description
    • Lead IT infrastructure implementation projects for manufacturing and smart factory environments.
    • Manage project proposals, schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
    • Oversee subcontractors performing low-voltage construction, structured cabling, physical security, and data center installation.
    • Coordinate with project managers, customer IT teams, construction managers, production teams, and application teams.
    • Manage daily construction activities and ensure projects remain on schedule.
    • Support installation and implementation of:
      • Enterprise Network Infrastructure
      • Server Infrastructure
      • Production PLC Communications
      • Wireless Networks (AP, WLC, WIPS)
      • Optical Fiber Cabling
      • UTP Cabling
      • Communication Rack Installation
      • Data Center Construction
    • Review and coordinate cable routing, tray pathways, and infrastructure layouts.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
    • Monitor project quality, risks, schedules, and issue resolution.
    • Ensure projects meet customer requirements, company standards, and safety guidelines.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience managing IT infrastructure implementation or construction projects.
    • Experience managing:
      • Enterprise Network Infrastructure
      • Server Installation
      • Structured Cabling Projects
      • Data Center Construction
      • Low Voltage Construction
    • Experience coordinating subcontractors and cross-functional teams.
    • Strong project planning, scheduling, and reporting skills.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Fluent in both Korean and English.

    Preferred

    • Experience supporting manufacturing or smart factory environments.
    • Knowledge of PLC communication infrastructure.
    • Experience with enterprise wireless technologies (Cisco, Aruba, etc.).
    • Experience with fiber optic and structured cabling standards.
    • PMP certification is a plus.
