Job description

If you have experience in logistics, account coordination, or operational support and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this direct-hire opportunity may be a great fit. We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking an Account Specialist to support client and vendor programs across their domestic operations team.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide administrative, sales, and operational support to the Account Manager
  • Coordinate orders, track program details, and support client deliverables
  • Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and account-related documentation
  • Support financial tracking, reporting, and goal alignment within accounts
  • Assist with problem-solving and ensure a high level of customer service

What Your Work History Should Show
  • Experience in account coordination, customer service, logistics, or operational support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook

Additional Details

Salary: $53,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience

Bonus: Six bonus opportunities annually
