Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager from the AEC industry, preferably in structural engineering, to manage a multi-million dollar structural engineering project focused on NPC/SPC initiatives with HCAI (formerly OSHPD) in California.  This is a hybrid position in our Orange office. This position could also be filled with a temporary/contract employee with the option to convert from temporary to regular status in the future.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented project manager with strong leadership and communication skills who is capable of driving complex, high-stakes projects to completion within strict regulatory frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position, ranges between $123,000 to $164,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to pay transparency laws. Actual pay rates will be based on various factors, including education level and candidate qualifications.
