Job description

Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Certificate completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: - Associates Degree in Related Field OR Certificate of completion for Radiology Program - Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted.

Unit Details: - Assists cardiologists in performing invasive coronary, vascular, and electrophysiologic diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures. - Includes technical hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation using automated techniques. - Provides cath lab care during coronary invasive procedures and assists with sterile setup and passing guidewires, catheters, and other devices using aseptic technique. - Includes EKG interpretation and arrhythmia recognition.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend rotation. - Holiday rotation.

Floating Requirements: - Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Young Minds, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
