Looking for a new opportunity? SIMOShas openings for Warehouse Associates in Forsyth, GA! At SIMOS, associates are paid weekly on Fridays and have opportunities for career growth and advancement. In this role, you will manually load and unload trailers, lift, stack, and wrap pallets, and unload inbound freight containers while safely moving products to assigned storage locations. Associates must have at least 1 year of warehouse experience and be able to perform physically demanding warehouse work in a non-climate-controlled environment, which can become very hot.
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, or until work is complete.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime based on warehouse volume and peak seasons.

  • Unload inbound trailers manually and via conveyor belts
  • Load, stack, shrink-wrap, and palletize products efficiently
  • Perform inbound warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Use proper lifting techniques to handle boxes weighing up to 60 lbs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and safety goals
  • Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all facility safety and security protocols.

  • Ability to lift parts weighing up to 60 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
  • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
  • Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
  • Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
  • Ability to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
  • Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
