Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience with change management;
• Experience with change communications planning and execution;
• Experience with project management;
• Experience developing and executing communication and change management activities for enterprise audiences.
Preferred:
• Experience with operations;
• Experience with digital transformation;
• Experience with process design and controls;
• ProSci Certification;
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute change management strategies in support of AI transformation initiatives;
• Coordinate with technical and IT teams to align change management activities with project timelines;
• Partner with change leads across workstreams to ensure consistent execution of change plans;
• Collaborate with business unit subject matter experts to assess and address change impacts;
• Develop and manage communications plans supporting transformation initiatives;
• Support project management activities across transformation workstreams;
• Monitor and report on change management progress and adoption;
