Overview: Our client, a real estate investment company that invests in logistics facilities, is seeking a long-term on-going temporary Project Manager. This role will be supporting the Operational Excellence (lean department) focused on process improvement/optimization, project management, change management, business operations, and reporting. Efforts include real estate operations, supporting technology systems, corporate functions, sales efforts, and new product line stand-up. This Project Manager will be supporting process improvement projects. To be successful in this position, one requires a high level of professionalism, is innovation-minded, works well in teams, and has a track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This position is hybrid, 1 day in-office on Tuesdays in Downtown Denver, CO. Applicants must live in the Greater Denver Metro area. Equipment will be supplied by the client (laptop).

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST with the flexibility to support meetings with other time requirements**
  • Tuesday required in-office day

Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate root cause analysis, process mapping, and redesign workshops
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and success metrics
  • Monitor implementation progress and help remove barriers to execution
  • Track and report measurable outcomes that demonstrate impact
Innovation Acceleration Program Support
  • Collaborate with innovation champions and internal entrepreneurs to define pilot opportunities and develop scalable solutions
  • Provide structure and project oversight for initiatives from ideation to deployment
  • Drive experimentation and agile iterations using lean and human-centered design methods
  • Support business case development and stakeholder engagement for new ideas
Business Unit Organization & Enablement
  • Create and maintain organized documentation, dashboards, and action plans
  • Lead regular check-ins, stand-ups, or steering sessions to drive transparency and accountability
  • Anticipate risks and proactively coordinate mitigations or course corrections
  • Ensure priorities are clear, workloads are balanced, and momentum is sustained

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in project estimating, budget management, and scheduling
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task, prioritize, and resolve sophisticated issues
  • Practical knowledge in the use of data for reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts
  • Ability to apply statistical and other research methods
  • Ability to understand the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
