Job description

A Day in Life: 

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in driving talent strategy and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes. This position supports fast-paced, high-volume recruiting initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

This strategic recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment while developing proactive sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines. Success in this role requires the ability to balance speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

What You'll Do: 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead hiring events and job fairs to help drive candidate flow and meet aggressive hiring targets.
  • Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience while promoting the organization's culture, career opportunities, and value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate requisition activity and candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support while ensuring compliance with hiring processes and policies.

What We're Looking For: 

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or operational hiring environment.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Experience running job fairs, hiring events, or large-scale recruiting campaigns.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and high requisition volume while maintaining quality of hire.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Experience working in a digital recruiting environment or applicant tracking system.
