We build our own cultivation facilities exclusively growing our own Cannabis, package our own product, and sell it only from our own stores. The Position
As a Luminary (Sales Associate), you are friendly, welcoming, outgoing and committed to providing premium customer care for our customers, who is excited to represent our variety of top shelf flower, concentrates and infused products. We're looking for a long-term addition to our team: we're committed to a future with the person who fills this position and request the same in return. Previous experience in the cannabis industry is strongly preferred, though our priority is finding a team player with quality retail experience who fits the company culture, takes exquisite care of our customers, and is equally committed to driving sales and the overall success of our center. The Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales and customer service through maintaining a properly stocked, organized, uncluttered, safe, and inviting store environment
  • Promote work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, including greeting customers warmly when they enter
  • Comply with established state, local and company policies and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Educate patients about a variety of cannabis products including flower, edibles, and concentrates, providing information on cannabis products based on patient needs/requests
  • Advising patients on proper safety measures to follow when consuming cannabis
  • Maintain and use completely and accurately (POS) and METRC systems for all in-store, online, and phone orders
  • Handle completely and accurately cash and discount application
  • Verify proper paperwork, documentation and ID of all customers
  • Maintaining proper patient information and records
  • Verifying proper identification and paperwork from patients
  • Weighing and packaging products as needed
  • Maintain compliance with security, inventory management and local and state regulations
  • Assist, as needed, in fulfillment and curbside operations to ensure proper inventory management and control and exceptional customer service

The Qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented and disciplined work ethic
  • Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous retail cannabis experience strongly preferred
  • Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced drawer
  • Ability to perform to sales goals and team goals
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail environment
  • 2+ years of cannabis retail experience preferred
  • High School Diploma

Additional Requirements
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Must pass any and all required background checks
  • Must remain compliant with all state and company rules and regulations
  • Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance). This job function may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching
