Job description

Our Food Division is a complete broad line multi-state distributor, and our Beverage Division operates throughout the state of Texas as a proud distributor of Anheuser-Busch products, craft and import beer brands, spirits, and wine.

The purpose of the Warehouse forklift position is to perform warehouse duties in all temp zones such as replenishing selection slots and moving product into the assigned areas as needed. The position will also be required to support all areas of warehouse operations including order selection, product put-away and any other task deemed necessary by warehouse management • Replenishment of pick locations in assigned area using information from KWCS system and management, using forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, mid-rider. • Move received product using forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, mid-rider to the assigned location within the warehouse. • May Work in all warehouse temperature zones ranging from 10 degrees below zero to unregulated zones which can exceed 100 degrees in the summer. • Operates warehouse equipment as assigned and/or needed - cherry picker, fork, mid-rider and pallet jack. • Lifting 30-60 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally. • Knowledge of products and warehouse locations is essential • Knowledge of KWCS system preferred • Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, orderly area by clearing debris, damaged cases and shrink wrap from the assigned aisles
Job Qualifications:
• Ability to use follow safety rules and guidelines • Knowledge of the food industry helpful • Ability to strictly adhere to safety guidelines • Basic reading and spelling skills for completion of paperwork • Able to work in extreme temperatures (Cold or Hot) • Solid interpersonal skills • Enthusiastic self-starter • Ability to receive and follow directions • Ability to multi-task • Good communication skills • Customer-focused • Strong attention to detail • Excellent work ethic • High School Diploma
