Job description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for providing sales support to chain/strategic accounts and the rep groups/KES partners involved.  Your responsibilities (as more fully described below) will include, but are not limited to, day-to-day management and growth of both new and existing chain/strategic account business, supporting the existing Rep Groups, Dealer and Distributor business, and growing the existing markets. Our sales team presently supports all of USA/Canada for both the Beverage-Air and Victory brands. All other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately identify customer requirements, to grow sales, build strong relationships and maintain collaborative partnerships with customers.
  • Managing a manufacturer representative network in assigned territories.
  • Take ownership and demonstrate a commitment to success.     
  • Capacity to make things happen and see them to completion.  
  • Be a proactive business partner to customers and colleagues.   
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.   
  • Be pro-active and make independent decisions to meet objectives within required parameters.
  • Ability to see and seek new opportunities and create new business.
  • Capable of developing and making customer presentations. 
  • A high level of internal and external communication. 
  • Represent company at trade shows and promote products.
  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to multitask.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • PC Proficient with standard office software (MSWord, Excel, Access, Teams, Outlook & PowerPoint).
  • Proficient with the use of technology including cell phone and computer
  • Learn Gross Margin Template and company AX system.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude 
  • Sense of Urgency 
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Must be an organized individual, strong follow-up is a must
  • Customer service skills a must (a strong desire to see customers’ needs are met)

Physical Demands

  • Travel to assigned territories/trade shows/customer events regularly.  Estimated travel 70% - 80% of time or as required.
  • Must be able to remain in a sitting or stationary position for long periods of time when traveling and at tradeshows.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
