GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the Beh-Behavior&Soc Sciences department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.
This is an in-person position.
Teach a variety of courses in the subject area of Economics.
Teach Economics classes to Dual Enrollment students at local high schools
Present material in a manner that fosters student understanding and coverage of vital concepts
Adapt material and methods to meet student needs
Establish environments conducive to learning
Evaluate students, maintain records
Perform other duties as assigned
The person hired for this position may teach at multiple GTC campuses and area high schools.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Doctorate or a Master's degree with a major in economics or a Doctorate or a Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in economics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience teaching at the high school/college level.
