Temporary CRM Data Migration Specialist
Help Drive a Critical Salesforce-to-HubSpot Transformation
Are you highly analytical, detail-oriented, and love working with data? We're looking for a Temporary CRM Data Migration Specialist to play a key role in a major Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration project. Estimated hours per week will be 30+ and the assignment is expected to be 3-4 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving data puzzles, ensuring accuracy, and helping organizations improve how they manage customer information. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to research, analyze, clean, and map data, ensuring a seamless transition between two leading CRM platforms.
What You'll Do
  • Research and analyze customer, sales, and operational data within Salesforce
  • Map fields, records, and processes from Salesforce to HubSpot
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and duplicate records
  • Clean and validate data to ensure migration accuracy
  • Build and maintain detailed mapping documentation
  • Use Excel to organize, analyze, compare, and reconcile large datasets
  • Perform quality assurance checks before and after migration activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and data relationships
