Temporary Human Resources Coordinator (3-Month Assignment)
Position Summary
Work Location: Lake Mary, FL
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Coordinator for a three-month temporary assignment to support our HR team with daily administrative functions and employee lifecycle activities. This role will play a key part in onboarding new hires, ensuring compliance with employment documentation, and assisting with various HR processes across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment documentation to candidates
  • Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding through the Paylocity system, ensuring timely and accurate entry of employee data
  • Complete and manage Form I-9 verification in compliance with federal regulations
  • Assist with state-specific licensing requirements, including tracking, documentation, and follow-up
  • Support HR team with benefits administration, including enrollment assistance and responding to employee inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records and personnel files
  • Provide general HR administrative support, including responding to employee questions and assisting with audits or reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and compliance process
  • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience, preferably in an HR Coordinator or administrative HR role
  • Hands-on experience completing Form I-9s and understanding compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS system strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
