Job description:

The Admin Assistant role is a pivotal and frontline role, which requires organization and excellent customer service. You will be meeting with patients directly, as well as speaking on the phone as a visual and virtual representation of the clinic.
In addition, the role requires multi-tasking: Management of Staff and you will be accountable for keeping track of information coming into the clinic and dealing with all inquiries in a timely manner.
A friendly and enthusiastic personality is extremely important in this role. However, that needs to be accompanied by a motivation to see things run smoothly and help others.
Duties Include:
  • Intake of Patient information/Front Desk
  • Speaking with Attorneys and Case Managers
  • Assist with Medical Records
  • Appointments and procedures booking
  • Patient Financing options
  • Answering Phones
  • Managing New Patient Inquiries
  • Educating Patients on Processes
  • Following Up with Potential Patients
  • Using Software to Keep Track of Patient information
  • Insurance Verification
  • Medical back office, phlebotomy, assisting with procedures
The Admin Assistant must be available during regular office hours. 
Previous administrative experience is a must. Previous experience in a medical or health setting.
Spanish speaking is a requirement.
