Description
CRMG is looking for an Affordable Leasing Agent with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the lease-up, 63-unit apartment community of Woodland Hearth Apartments. Amenities at this apartment community include playgrounds, community gardens, and a village market.
The Affordable Leasing Agent will be responsible for facilitating the apartment leasing process, conducting property tours, processing resident applications, responding to resident questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner, completing weekly or monthly reports on leasing activity and occupancy, and supporting community-building efforts and help foster a safe, inclusive environment.

Location: Woodland Hearth Tigard, OR
Hourly Rate: $23.00-$25.00/hr.
Schedule: Part-Time, Friday-Sunday, 9:00AM-6:00PM
Weekly Contracted Hours: 24 hrs.
Additional Compensation: A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement

Requirements
What you will bring as an Affordable Leasing Agent
  • One (1) year of previous customer service experience (required).
  • Previous affordable property management experience (preferred).
  • Basic experience with MS365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Effectively deal with a diverse population in a professional, constructive and productive manner.
  • Able to prioritize and coordinate details of multiple projects or tasks.
  • Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, and high energy.
  • Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.
  • High School degree or equivalent.
