These professionals perform the same duties as permanent CMAs, such as taking vital signs, assisting with exams, and handling administrative tasks, but their assignments may range from a few days to several months. Working as a Temporary Agency CMA offers flexibility and exposure to various medical settings, but may also mean less job stability and fewer benefits compared to permanent roles.
