Title: Analyst, Product Surveillance Location: Burlington, MA Duration: 9 Months 100% Onsite Summary
  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Biomedical/Technology Support Specialist to join our team on an 8-12-month contract, with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates looking to launch their careers in the medical device industry.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of field events and qualitative data related to an advanced heart pump medical device.
  • Review, organize, and maintain product and patient information with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform data entry, documentation, and administrative support activities using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ensure timely processing and tracking of information while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and product-related activities.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, computer-based work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Recent graduates with internship, capstone project, or relevant academic experience are encouraged to apply.
