Œil Santé MD (une société affiliée à Groupe Vision) est une clinique oculaire spécialisée offrant des services de soins ophtalmologiques avancés et une technologie de pointe. Elle est chef de file dans son secteur, fournissant des soins et des traitements oculaires de classe internationale. Nos cliniques de soins oculaires avancés offrent des services spécialisés aux patients présentant les affections oculaires graves comme la cataracte, la dégénérescence maculaire, le glaucome et d’autres maladies qui exigent les soins d’un spécialiste.

Vos tâches en un coup d’œil  

  • Vous accueillez les patients avec courtoisie et fournissez les informations relatives à leur rendez-vous.
  • Vous confirmez les rendez-vous par téléphone dans un délai de 48 heures.
  • Vous procédez à la facturation des patients et percevez les paiements.
  • Vous gérez le courrier, les courriels et les télécopies.
  • Vous effectuez la fermeture comptable de la journée.

  • Vous avez de l’expérience comme agent au service client, réceptionniste, secrétaire médical ou assistant administratif ET/OU possédez d'excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle.
  • Vous prospérez tout particulièrement dans un environnement dynamique à rythme rapide.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques, la technologie et Microsoft 365 (la connaissance des systèmes de DME est un atout). 
  • Vous faites preuve d’une solide orientation-client et intelligence émotionnelle.
  • Vous vous démarquez par vos aptitudes pour l’organisation, le travail d'équipe et l’autonomie.
  • Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes en communication, vous parlez français et maîtrisez l'anglais de niveau intermédiaire avancé en raison de la nature des tâches ou d'interactions avec nos patients anglophones.
