Reach Truck Forklift Operator

Midway Staffing is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Reach Truck Forklift Operator to join our team. If you have Reach Truck experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we encourage you to apply!

Location: Eagan, MN Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Pay Rate: $21.50/hour

Duties:
  • Safely operate a Reach Truck forklift to move, store, and retrieve materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Load and unload materials while meeting inbound and outbound schedules.
  • Pick, pack, check, and load products accurately.
  • Move pallets and products to designated storage locations following inventory procedures.
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions.
  • Inspect Reach Truck equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate production records and shipping documentation.
  • Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and warehouse procedures.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck forklift experience.
  • RF scanner experience preferred.
  • OSHA forklift certification or Reach Truck operating experience preferred.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
