What You will Do:

  • Review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation
  • Coordinate supplier RFQs and review potential suppliers for a variety of manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and R&D to ensure design feasibility and performance
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of design iterations and changes
  • Troubleshoot problems and devise solutions to resolve them
  • Identifying and implementing cost reductions
  • Providing input for new products as required

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Manufacturing of Aerospace components and good process knowledge in Machining & Sheetmetal commodities. 
  • Experience in Casting, Forging and Plastics is an added advantage.
  • Working experience in Manufacturing unit, as ME and Process planning. 
  • Exposure to Should costing is an added advantage.
  • Good in Drawing Reading, GD&T, Technical documents.
  • Knowledge in dealing with 2D engineering drawings, 3D modelling & Product Life Cycle tools. Siemens NX and Teamcenter preferred.
  • Exposure to Heat treatment, Chemical process, Surface treatment, Coatings, plating, Metal joining techniques (Bolting, Welding, Riveting), NDT, Testing, Assembly etc...
  • Knowledge in various types of Raw material families and specifications.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, English proficiency, MS office proficiency.
  • Aerospace industry knowledge a plus

Pay Range: $28 - $35 / hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.


Work Requirements: This position is classified as Hybrid within Phoenix, AZ.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
