SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist for a large firearms manufacturer based in Smyrna, GA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build brand engagement, interact with customers and industry professionals, and play a key role in shaping online communities for a well-known and respected company. This position offers a unique blend of social media management, marketing support, and customer engagement in a professional corporate environment.
Pay Rate
$23.40 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor and engage with online communities across social media platforms, blogs, and forums.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with implementing social media campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
• Track engagement metrics and provide recommendations for content and community growth.
• Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with related experience.
• Previous experience with social media management, moderation, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze engagement data and identify trends.
• Drug screening and background check required
