WearecurrentlyhiringtemporaryRecruitingteammemberstoeffectivelysupporttheprocesstorecruit,screen,testandselectemployeestoensurethesuccessfuloperationoftheCallCenter.Participateinactingasaninformationsourceandstrategicbusinesspartnerinallphasesofrecruitingfortheorganization.

Roles&Responsibilities:

  • 1.Assistindeveloping,implementing,andexecutinghourlyandexemptrecruitmentstrategiestomeetthestaffingneedsforinternalandexternalpositionsincludingtesting,screening,andinterviewingtoensurecallhandlingandservicelevelsaremaintained.
  • 2.Meetrequiredmetricsinthedailyrecruitingprocess
  • 3.AssistinthecompletionofspecificprojectsasdirectedbytheHRactionplansand/ortheHRteam.
  • 4.Followestablishedrecruitingprocesseskeepingtheteamincompliancewithallinternalauditprocessesandapplicablestate/federallaws.
  • 5.Representtherecruitingteamduringinternal/externalauditsasneeded.
  • 6.Assistincoordinatingcorporateandfacilityfunctionsfortheemployees
  • 7.AssistindevelopingandimplementingthebrandingandmarketingstrategiesthatwillensuretheSagilitybrandisprofessionallyrepresentedinthecommunity.

EducationalQualifications:

  • BA/BSinHumanResourcesorrelatedfieldorequivalentcombinationofeducationand/orexperience.
  • LanguageSkills:English
  • Experience:1to2yearsofhumanresourcesexperiencerequiredpreferablyinsometypeofrecruitingrole

SpecializedSkills:

  • IntermediateknowledgeofPCapplicationsforWord,processingspreadsheets,presentations,etc.
