We are seeking a customer-focused and dependable professional to join a membership services team on a 3-month temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is confident communicating over the phone, and can stay organized while managing a high volume of member interactions. The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience and is comfortable initiating conversations, providing information, answering questions, and ensuring each interaction is handled professionally and accurately.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to members and prospective members to provide information and support.
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service and create a positive experience during every interaction.
  • Share information about available programs, services, and membership resources.
  • Answer basic member questions and direct individuals to the appropriate resources or team members when needed.
  • Document outreach efforts, customer interactions, and follow-up activities accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information within designated systems.
  • Assist the Membership Services team with additional customer service, administrative, and outreach needs.
  • Communicate professionally with a variety of individuals and maintain a service-oriented approach throughout the day.


Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Experience with outbound calling, call center work, customer outreach, or membership services strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and professional phone skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls and initiating conversations with members and prospective members.
  • Friendly, personable, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer interactions.
  • Dependable and able to commit to the full 3-month temporary assignment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
