Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay is seeking hourly restaurant Shift Leaders for our location in University

Parkway, Orem, Utah. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to help lead the team to success in a

fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant environment, creating the “Ultimate Burger Experience” for our guests.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides excellent guest service.

Assists the management team in:

o verifying daily taste and temp, opening/closing, and training standards are maintained.

o supervising daily restaurant operations and team with a focus on product quality and

enhancing the guest experience.

o overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the restaurant up to

standard.


Utilizes POS and handles cash.

Upholds compliance with all employment policies.

Monitors and maintains equipment to ensure its condition and food quality is up to standard.

Enforces appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our team members

and guests is always maintained.

Participates in the training and development of key team members.

Understands, supervises, and practices safe food handling procedures.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.

In an 8-hour workday: standing/walking for up to 8 hours.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.

Exposure to temperatures less than 32 degrees Fahrenheit and more than 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.


EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent desired.


EXPERIENCE:

1+ year of work experience in a restaurant supervisory role or other supervisory role preferred.
