Position Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to support a variety of critical projects related to our workplace transformation initiative. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in asset management, records digitization, and facilities operations within a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to our office decommissioning project by identifying and tagging assets for removal, digitization, or off-site storage.
  • Assist the Human Resources department with a confidential records digitization project, preparing sensitive files for digital archiving.
  • Conduct a comprehensive inventory of assets and resources throughout our facility.
  • Research and compile key specifications for company-owned properties to ensure our records are complete and up-to-date.
