A Day in the Role:

  • Responsible for high-volume scheduling of procedures, upwards of 30-50 patients per day
  • Will also be responsible for follow-up messages from both patients and providers during downtime.
  • Familiarity with EMR however willing to be flexible.
  • Will be updating procedures inputted into the EMR.
  • Registration, scheduling, insurance verification.

 

Requirements:

  • Interest in Medical Administration or Customer Service
  • Diploma or GED required
  • EMR experience preferred
