Job description

The Implementation Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, Client Management in the CDB Client Services Department. This role is responsible for providing focused service from pre-sale consultation through initial post-sale client administration fostering strong, long-term partnerships with clients and the consulting community. This role directs all aspects of client benefit plan installation for new and existing clients of Inspira's products and services and develops/executes an implementation strategy consistent with client expectations. Ultimately creating, managing and tracking detailed project plans and issue logs) outlining required actions, parties responsible and assigned target dates associated with the delivery of the services and projects.
  • Act as the single point-of-contact for benefit plan implementation; mediate and coordinate resolution of all project deliverables and implementation related issues
  • Ensure implementation strategy is administered in accordance with all performance guarantee arrangements.
  • Partner with all key stakeholders (i.e., sales/service staff, consultants, plan sponsors, and other internal business units) to proactively identify and address critical implementation issues ensuring client expectations are consistently satisfied or exceeded
  • Evaluate impact of client-requested exception and develop reasonable alternatives to satisfy client's needs while minimizing impact on systems and operations
  • Identify, communicate and track cost sensitive items not included as part of the standard process
  • Collaborate on review, analysis and development of recommendations for the design of complex account and benefit structures based on client's objectives and Inspira's systems, administration and reporting requirements
  • Participate in client finalist meetings representing the capabilities of the organization's implementation services process
  • Identify opportunities for cross sales and account rounding of additional Inspira products and services throughout the implementation process
  • Other duties as assigned.

Please note that this assignment is temporary and will run from September through mid-February.
Education & Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Finance or related field

Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
  • Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
  • An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Infrequent travel (<10%)
    • Ability to provide personal transportation from time to time
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
