As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our leasing and marketing program, promoting a positive image of our community, and assisting with resident retention programs. You'll be at the forefront of creating an exceptional living experience for our residents while achieving financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate will create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents through customer service focus to ensure residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community. What You'll Do:

  • Customer Service: Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our community, comply with all Fair Housing laws, and ensure our leasing office and common areas meet the highest quality and safety standards.   • Administrative: Assist in generating and distributing notices, maintaining organized work environments, preparing leases, and coordinating resident move-ins and move-outs. You'll document all communications and ensure smooth operations.
